We Love our sales person. We would not go anywhere else.

I was checked in immediately when I arrived for my appointment . The check in member did a walk around inspection and then used the diagnostic tool to pull up information on the vehicle. Service time was well within the time range and a thorough explanation of what was found, serviced, and what may be the next item that will need to be addressed in the near future. Checkout was fast and the clerk very friendly. Another good experience at Minocqua Chevrolet.

Check in was smooth. Service completed in a timely manner. Not happy I had to pay for a new drain plug. This service department had done the previous oil change and if it was stripped it would have been done by one of there technicians. Otherwise, everything else was great and plan on return service.

We were told your mechanics put all new tires on our Buick Enclave. But as it turned out, the only put new tires on the front, and the two back tires are original. We need to get this resolved. We are extremely disappointed.

It was ok. We had asked them to change the cabin air filter and when we got the invoice it said they changed a different filter. We called and they were going to pick up the vehicle again, but then they called and said that the tech had changed the cabin air filter. We had also told them numerous times the number to call and not to call the front desk here, because there isn't someone there all the time.

An amazing experience!!!! Never has been treated as the maintenance people and front office took care of the needs that I have in an expeditious and friendly way. Waiting for my car, I saw people coming in to buy new or used vehicles. And I saw a sale of one. Never in my life I would find a dealer as Minocqua Chevrolet. I highly recommend finding how they back up the clients later, not just buying but their care for any services needed. Great experience……..

busy time of year, but service took a week. Main problem was service dept did not take phone calls and did not call back for 6 hours. A phone call takes a minute - put a salesman back there to handle information calls.

The dealership is great, however, for purchasing a 2025 Equinox, I’ve had to have it in the shop twice now, sound barrier & transmission fluid leaking for a brand new car is disappointing

The service team did a great job in putting the new tires on and doing an alignment. But purchasing the truck at this dealership and having it certified in June. to only put 4000 miles on the vehicle before all the tires were ruined, does not add up. This still make zero sense to me and according to the alignment paperwork the truck was not out of alignment by much at all to explain the the ruined tires.

I made an appointment due to an 'engine light' alert. Minocqua Chevrolet was able to replace a faulty sensor and solder a new connection after they found wires had been chewed in half (presumably local wildlife). They worked hard to do all this while I waited. I was very happy with the customer service.

Our sales consultant Michael Martell was very good and we appreciated his honesty and diligence. We have no negative comments.

Ongoing battery drain issue with my 2022 Silverado. I explained in detail to service manager symptoms noticed during previous battery drain occurrences. Service was able to diagnose a defective tailgate latch that was causing the BCM to stay active draining the battery. The tailgate latch cycling was a symptom that I brought to the attention of the service manager when I dropped the truck off for service. Service technician followed up and found it to be defective. They did not find any other issues. I am pleased with the outcome and hope no other electrical battery drain issues arise. I appreciate everyone involved and their ability to diagnose and correct the problem.

We were very pleased with our salesman, Michael Niemi. He took the time to learn what we were seeking in a new vehicle and proceeded to show us the vehicle that fit our needs. He took time to explain the features of the vehicle and when information he needed was not available he made arrangements for us to return to complete setting up the services offered. The financing arrangements were handled efficiently and we were able to take possession the following day. I would recommend Michael Niemi and Minocqua Chevrolet to anypone seeking to purchase a new vehicle.

Very efficient group in your service department! Also, very accommodating. I was going to be late due to weather traveling from Wausau. They said they would fit me into their schedule. They did get me in and I was out within 40 minutes. Great job!

Excellent except the cost. Too high. When you spend that kind of money even after the initial purchase you could throw in tire rotation or something else.

Was greeted by the service tech, reviewed the service work they would perform. Sat in the lobby and was contacted when the work was completed.

I would have given 5 stars if I got a car wash. The GMC dealer in Ashland gives a KwikTrip car wash card with an oil change. Your dealership was all good but that car wash is a nice touch that I’ve grown to like.

The reason why l gave a low rating is my check engine randomly comes on and this was the 3rd time l brought my vehicle in to get the check engine diagnostic check and wasn't given a straight answer too the reason why so l basically paid over $180.00 for the 3rd time with nothing being resolved and it's getting frustrating for me to keep paying all that money and the problem with vehicle never gets resolved?

Made appointment to have oil change and tire rotation. While having above service performed I had mentioned that we previously had an issue where the temperature system defaulted to 76 degrees and maximum defrost. When the issue initially occurred my wife took the vehicle to Minocqua Chevrolet for assistance in resolving the issue but no one there was aware of the issue and were unable to help. This was a Saturday and no technicians were available. Same response when I mentioned this to the service writer on the day I was having the oil change performed. Based on internet search This appears to be a known issue for the 2026 Traverse. I find it hard to believe that Chevrolet is not proactive about these issues and informing their dealerships on how to resolve. I now have another appointment to look at this issue specifically. Not really happy with my experience so far with either the 2026 Traverse or Minocqua Chevrolet. We’ll see how this next appointment goes.

I was traveling from out of state when my check engine light came on. It was my NOx sensor and there was a good chance I wouldn’t make it home before going into limp mode. Traci the service manager told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. They were busy and I figured it would be a few days. They had it finished in a day. I dealt with Amber dropping it off and picking it up. She was so polite and friendly. At no time did Traci or Amber make feel like I was a burden to their schedule. I am extremely happy with my experience with this dealer!

We have bought many cars before in our life but we always had to come back in a day or two to pick it up. We were asked if we wanted it the day we came in and checked it out. We were slightly unprepared because of this, but it was our choice and it was nice to get it done quickly and enjoy our new car.
