Mike was so easy to work with. The 2025 Equinox was so new that the controls need to be explained several times and Mike is always willing to help.

We had a good experience. Peter greeted us on a Saturday when we arrived just before closing, and showed us what we were looking for. On Monday he introduced us to Blake who completed the sale. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable and showed us how to use all the Tahoe’s features. Assured us we could call him with any questions. Denny, the financial specialist was also very professional and kind.

Pretty routine. Arrived for my scheduled appointment and was waited on within minutes. After checking in went to waiting area. When maintenance was completed they came out and explained what was done. I was satisfied.

Done right first time

Josie, our sales representative did a great job communicating with us. We live over 3 hours away from the dealership and it was as if we lived next door. When we arrived everything was in place a ready for us to test drive and get started on the sale. When we inspected the suburban everything was taken care of very promptly and most importantly, correctly. We ended up having a computer issue with my military discount going through the process. After numerous attempts to complete the process Josie handed us off to Mark. Mark attempted to make changes to our process to no avail. He chose to look at my retired military ID and was gracious enough to pay for the $500 military discount. The following day, at home, l was able to get through the process and share the GM military code with them saving them the cost of my discount. Everyone stayed late to get us out the door as a soon as possible!

The Service Manager does a great job: however, when I called for my appointment, the person that answered did not forward me to service, she said she could make the appointment. I requested oil,filter, rotation, drop the spare and lube the assembly. Al, that was on the form was oil and filter, we had to add everything else. service was apparently completed as the vehicle sat outside for 45 minutes before I went back to the service desk. There is much more if you call.

Was some question if all work could be completed with 1 visit, they worked on it until it was. Appreciate that.

Issues fixed

The defective camera was quickly replaced.

This is the 4th car we've leased from them. Always a great though lengthy process. Our salesman Mike Niemi was down home great. Made it fun. Love the car though it was a demo. Only thing I wasn't happy about. All in all very satisfied. Very nice and informative folk to deal with.

Our car's engine light came on as we were leaving town. Our son-in-law kindly took our car to Marthaler's on Mon. The dealership was so nice to him. The dealership called us on Monday to give us a quote and explained, thoroughly, what was wrong with our car. They told us it would be ready later in the week. Our kids picked up the car on Friday. The cost was exactly as quoted. Again, the service was exceptional. We would definitely recommend Marthaler's. Thank you.

First time at the dealership, and I have had my truck in at the dealership in VA where I purchased the vehicle. I've had several repeat wiring issues that were AUL warranty repairs in VA and the dealership here wasn't aware of prior issues and needed to get more repeat codes sent to the control module.

Most of all, I am impressed with the improvements made in all areas of the dealership since I started doing business there several years ago. Especially the service department has seemed to improve a LOT. Sales person Brian Jordan did an excellent job, explaining things clearly and offering whatever help we needed. I have purchased cars and trucks in many locations, and would have gone elsewhere if necessary, but your numbers were fair, and I like doing business locally.

The service department installed a new running board on our 2025 Traverse. The manager of this department as well as the scheduling woman and technician worked professionally and with superior workmanship to deliver a superior experience. The Chevrolet Corporation instructions and installation time was very inaccurate; stating it would take two hours to install the running board. The actual installation took seven hours. The service department provided me with a loaner car, at no charge, so I could go home after four and a half hours to return the next morning after the installation was completed. I commend the service department staff for assisting me and working thoroughly to provide an excellent experience, even though there were several complications. Thank you Minocqua Chevrolet Service Department!

Check in was smooth. Service completed in a timely manner. Not happy I had to pay for a new drain plug. This service department had done the previous oil change and if it was stripped it would have been done by one of there technicians. Otherwise, everything else was great and plan on return service.

The dealership is great, however, for purchasing a 2025 Equinox, I’ve had to have it in the shop twice now, sound barrier & transmission fluid leaking for a brand new car is disappointing

It was ok. We had asked them to change the cabin air filter and when we got the invoice it said they changed a different filter. We called and they were going to pick up the vehicle again, but then they called and said that the tech had changed the cabin air filter. We had also told them numerous times the number to call and not to call the front desk here, because there isn't someone there all the time.

It took a little longer than I expected. Your waiting room leaves a lot to be desired. It’s uncomfortable and unattractive.

I was checked in immediately when I arrived for my appointment . The check in member did a walk around inspection and then used the diagnostic tool to pull up information on the vehicle. Service time was well within the time range and a thorough explanation of what was found, serviced, and what may be the next item that will need to be addressed in the near future. Checkout was fast and the clerk very friendly. Another good experience at Minocqua Chevrolet.

I Love that I can drop my truck off and get a ride to work and then they will come and pick me up when my truck is done. The staff is always Friendly and helpful. Would not use any other dealership.

The service team did a great job in putting the new tires on and doing an alignment. But purchasing the truck at this dealership and having it certified in June. to only put 4000 miles on the vehicle before all the tires were ruined, does not add up. This still make zero sense to me and according to the alignment paperwork the truck was not out of alignment by much at all to explain the the ruined tires.

We were told your mechanics put all new tires on our Buick Enclave. But as it turned out, the only put new tires on the front, and the two back tires are original. We need to get this resolved. We are extremely disappointed.

I made an appointment due to an 'engine light' alert. Minocqua Chevrolet was able to replace a faulty sensor and solder a new connection after they found wires had been chewed in half (presumably local wildlife). They worked hard to do all this while I waited. I was very happy with the customer service.

Our sales consultant Michael Martell was very good and we appreciated his honesty and diligence. We have no negative comments.
