Made an appointment for a computer re flash, showed up a little early, got right in. Service advisor said about one half hour to do the flash. Exactly one half hour it was done. Great experience, friendly people. I will keep going to this dealer for my 2019 Silverado High Country

I���m a repeat buyer as a result of the way Brad Heard treated and worked with me on my first purchase in September, 2017. I believe I was Brad���s first customer and first sale at Marthaler. He continued to help me after the sale with any questions or problems I had. The one problem he couldn���t resolve is oil changes. Having to schedule a oil change a week to days out is ridiculous. There should be a quick lube lane as part of the service department.
My vehicle was taken into the shop, immediately. The service man was very polite. When the work was finished, the service man escorted me to the business desk and explained the work that had been done. I was out of there quickly, and on my way home.
The Service Managers and Technicians were helpful and competent. Though the issue changed and warranty did not cover the cost of the repair, Marthaler provided a very competitive cost fix. Excellent rapport is established, it is evident they really care about their customers! Thank you!
