Had made an appt. for oil change, tire rotation and an issue with shifting thru to park. The issue and oil change were taken care of, but not the tire rotation. When I arrived, I repeated the 3 things to be done. I don't know why they didn't do the tire rotation. I addressed it as I left and was told I could do it next time. I was not happy. I really like the dealership and all the staff. I was not mad, just disappointed.
the guys were all very pleasant to speak to and helpful. It was good getting to know some of them. And we were very gracious to butch mattek for all he did for us, getting the vehicle taken care of, showing us around. Thank you all for making our day a pleasant experience! Ordered my bed liner, two days later I got a call from the dealership my liner was in, one day after that they installed the bed liner and had it done very quickly, very professional, and Jesse the service manager is the best service manager I've ever felt with, thank you Jesse
Bryan and Brett were very helpful and easy to work with. I was in the dealership a very short time but got all the information I needed. Once we made the decision to purchase Bryan delivered the car to my home because it was more convenient for us. We appreciated that.
I had my car looked at or well “diagnosed” at a shop in town and they didnt diagnose it, they gave me some ideas of what could be wrong with it. I went to the shop first cuz it was cheaper but then they didn’t even fix or tell me what was wrong with it. When I got to Marthaler, Gregg was very nice and I explained to him what happened the day before and he was very helpful and understand. He is a great employee you guys have at the service desk.
